Get a muffin pan. Per muffin slot:

• one slice of deli-meat, e.g. turkey. place so it forms a cup for other ingredients
• one egg, whisked
• one tablespoon of cottage cheese
• (optional) onion or pepper

Baked at 375f for 25 minutes.
