Envelope a rack of ribs with two sheets of extra wide tinfoil. One on top, one below, and fold in the edges to seal.

Put in oven, 350f for 1.5 hours.

Open the foil. Apply 300ml of sweet baby ray’s bbq sauce.

Re-cover with the tinfoil. Put back in oven, 350f 1hour.
